What is a virtual conference

A virtual conference isn’t a webinar or online training - it is an immersive opportunity which delivers the conference experience; including engaging keynote presentations, topical content, industry presentations, and networking opportunities.

Virtual conferences offer the same learning, knowledge sharing, and networking opportunities as a regular conference you may have attended, with the key advantage of using an online platform connecting geographically dispersed attendees.

How much is the Congress?

Member - $490.00

Member Student - $250.00

Non-Member - $710.00

Non-Member Student - $330.00

All rates above are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and are inclusive of the goods and services tax (GST).

Do I have to register for the full Congress if I only want to watch a few talks?

Yes, there are no day or session registrations.

However, sessions will be available on-demand for up to 12 months post-Congress. It's all included in your pass.

What's included in my registration?

Registration includes access to all live-streamed sessions, access to sponsors and exhibitors, networking opportunities including the virtual happy hour, and recordings on-demand for 12 months.

Do I need to download any special software

The conference is viewable on most common internet browsers that you use regularly.

No additional software is required to access the Congress, and you are not required to download any videoconferencing software. All the streamed sessions will be browser-based.

Will there be any recordings available

All sessions and recordings will be available on-demand for 12 months.

How do I move from room to room to view sessions?

There will be seven (7) rooms available to view across the Congress days.

Once you navigate to the ‘View Live’ section from the menu on the left, simply select which room you wish to join. You can easily hop out of a room and join another room whenever you wish.
